Does the XT care if there is a directory structure in the \GPX directory on the SD card?
For example:
\Garmin\GPX\Local\Ride1_Description
\Garmin\GPX\Local\Ride2_Description
\Garmin\GPX\Colorado\ColoradaDay1
\\Garmin\GPXColorado\ColoradaDay2

I don't know. Its easy enough to find out though !
Garmin scans the mp3 folders for sunflowers so it's not an unreasonable hope.

Have owned Zumo 550, 660 == Now have Zumo XT2, XT, 595, 590, Headache
Use Basecamp (mainly), MyRouteApp (sometimes), Competent with Tread for XT2, Can use Explore for XT - but it offers nothing that I want !

And the answer is...... Yes!
It works similarly to how music files in the mp3 directory can be stored in sub-subdirectories.
