XT Bumper Case?

Post by clayschmidt2 »

I've been searching, even ordered one on ETSY (which never showed up), but as of yet I've been unable to find a bumper case for the XT. I am using the Zumo XT on a dirt bike, so even though I know it's tough, I'd like a little extra protection while racing/exploring. Anyone have any leads?

Thanks,

Yes. This is who I sent $$$ to. No confirmation, no transaction number, no tracking number. But he took my cash. I will say that PayPal was good about getting me the money back. It was just a small amount, but I was excited about finding exactly what I was looking for. Then disappointed.

Sorry to hear that, I have had dealings with him & he seemed fairly reliable! Interestingly he advertises on all the Facebook XT forums, I would have thought he could not afford to hack people off, as it will impact on his business.

I’m sure (hopeful) that it wasn’t intentional. Still disappointing.

The latest feedback from January was positive. Maybe something went astray being Christmas?

You can get this one from Austalia which seems the same ... https://www.adventuremoto.com.au/zumo-xt-case-protector

Companies like Pelican make a range of cases you could start there

Thanks, but I’ve done the whole internet search thing and come up empty. Throwing out a manufacturer name that you know that doesn’t specifically make what I’m looking for is a nice gesture, so thanks, but doesn’t really help. Just looking for a perimeter bump case that specifically fits a Zumo XT. Thanks all.

Hi,

This 'guy' is David Richardson - i've bought two bumper cases (one 'normal' and a year later one with sun/rain-shield) for my Zumo XT from him without any troubles! I always got tracking numbers and so on and the delivery was very fast! I think, that there was a problem with your order and the best is, to contact him - never heard/readed about problems with him!

You can contact him via facebook - https://www.facebook.com/dave2009 - he's also active in the 'Garmin Zumo XT - Europe' group on facebook...
Bye, Robert :)
