Cant locate satellites

I own a Zumo 550 which has recently been unable to locate satellites..I'm trying outside in clear view of sky ?

try a fresh reboot of the unit than try connecting to sats again I think holding your finger while turning the unit at the lower r/s of the unit will give you a fresh reboot if I remember correctly
