Cannot Save Imported Route

I created a route in BC. Using BC I copied it to my SD card. I found the route on the zumo, told it to import, then it got to about 1% and said "cannot save". I've used this SD card before. I have another route on the zumo, but it is on internal storage (before I filled up internal storage). Any ideas what I can do to successfully complete the import into the zumo?

If you've filled up your internal storage that may be the issue, but have you really done so? If so you need to create space on your internal memory or you'll run into all sorts of other issues in time.

Thank you very much sussamb. Do you know of an internet link with instructions for freeing up internal storage?

As an aside, my Europe map is on the SD card so I suspected I could store a gpx on the SD card.
