Has anyone had problems with the Garmin Explore causing the Zumo XT to crash and go into a boot loop?
Yesterday I imported a GPX through Explore and then my Zumo XT restarted and stayed in a loop until this morning.
I entered the recovery menu, ran some routines, uninstalled all the maps, reset the user data, and ran the installation rollback. Then I reinstalled the maps and redid the configuration manually.
To clear the doubt, I redid the process in Garmin Explore and the error happened again.
Has anyone gone through something similar?

Re: Garmin Explore bugging my Zumo XT
No, but I have read numerous reports online of Explore causing various issues with pre-planned routes. Best advice seems to be to go through XT setup again, making sure Explore is not installed. I took that advice from day one, so can't comment on specific Explore issues. There are several options for getting pre-planned routes onto an XT that do not involve Explore, so I have yet to see any compelling reason to use it.

@MarcoCasarin - a user here in the forum, jfheath, has posted/made a great 'User Manual' for the Zumo XT, you can find it here: viewtopic.php?t=1464.
In this guide is a section for cutting off the connection to Garmin Explore, check out this page: app.php/ZXT-P56 - be careful to follow these instructions carefully! Also you may 'break' the connection to Garmin Explore in the Garmin Drive app for safety's sake, if you are using it - best to do so is, uninstall the Drive app from your phone, install it again and skip the part, when it asks if you want to connect to Garmin Explore...
