Does anyone know what size Torx bit I need to take a Garmin apart please? I don't want to order a set starting at T5 only to find I need a T3.

My Zumo 590 case requires a Torx T5 to remove the outer case.

Thank you. I'll buy something suitable in advance of the new battery for my nuvi, which seems to take the same screwdriver as the 595.

I got a nice small Torx screwdriver set off Amazon for $10-15 USD; covered T2 - T10 plus T15.

I bought these https://www.toolstation.com/minotaur-to ... set/p67302 and the T5 was a perfect fit. For UK buyers it's worth searching for discount codes although they aren't badly expensive. Watch out when opening the Nuvi as some of them have more than one cable connecting the main pcb to the front panel and they do jump out (DAMHIC) and are fiddly to replace.
