3 Ways To Style Vintage T-shirts with Different Bottoms

Vintage t-shirts have become a staple in many closets thanks to their laidback vibe, unique graphics and affordability. But how exactly does one style these retro tees to create fun, on-trend looks? Read on for tips on rocking this shirt with modern pieces for styling possibilities.

Why The Vintage T-shirt?
  • The Funny T-Shirt Lives And Breathes Adaptability
These tees add flair and versatility to any outfit. With their fun retro graphics and styles, they can give the impression of casual daytime looks or classy nighttime outfits. Vintage shirts mix and match seamlessly with other pieces like denim, skirts and dresses. They breathe new life into basics and complement different fabrics. Whether you're going on a coffee date or to a cocktail party, these tees inject instant attitude into your wardrobe. Their creativity and versatility make them closet staples.
  • Vintage Shirts Are An Affordable Way To Add Style
Another perk of retro tees is that they let you showcase one-of-a-kind styles on a budget. You can source authentic antique or reproduction designs online and in many custom T-shirt stores at affordable prices. For the cost of one graphic designer tee, you can get multiple tees brimming with personality. Vintage shirts deliver a significant style impact for minimal investment. To get these t-shirts, you can take a look at a large catalog of POD fashion collections from Lion King Shirt - which has lots of unique tees!

Styling This Type Of T-shirt

With these fabulous tees, you can mix and match many items to have a retro style. Here are some chic and modern ways to wear these retro classics:
  • Pair with Denim

This is a dynamic and comfortable outfit!

- High-waisted jeans or cutoffs: These tees look amazing paired with classic denim pieces like high-waisted jeans or cutoff shorts. You can tuck a boxy faded graphic tee into light or medium-wash high-waisted jeans to accentuate the waist. Then, add white sneakers for a casual weekend vibe. Or cuff some cutoff Levi's and tie a band tee at the waist for a chic tomboy look.

- Denim or leather jacket: Level up your tee style by layering it under cool outerwear. Putting an oversized denim jacket over a cropped band tee gives total 90s vibes. A vintage tour tee with a classic leather moto jacket, black pants and biker boots is edgy and tough. To have more same-themed vintage t-shirts, the Lion King Tee Shirt won’t satisfy you.

Try layering your old retro tees under denim or leather jackets. Doing this makes any outfit look laidback and chill. The mix of the soft tee and tougher jacket is awesome. Dig out those graphic old-themed tees and pair them with your fave jackets. This easy styling trick always looks so cool.

- Cuffed jeans with sneakers or boots: Cuffing relaxed fit jeans is another styling hack that looks great with vintage shirts. Roll up the hem of baggy jeans a few times to show off chunky sneakers or motorcycle boots. This works well with looser these tees in faded jewel tones. The cuffed jeans contrast nicely with the oversized proportions of the tee for a laidback streetstyle look.
  • Tuck into Skirts
- Midi pencil or pleated skirts: Vintage tees can be tucked into midi pencil or pleated skirts for a classy and put-together look. The bold graphics or faded colors of the tee contrast nicely against the structure of a fitted pencil skirt. For something more flowing, you can tuck this tee into a knife or accordion pleated midi. If you need to go to the office, add heels and a blazer for the office; besides, when going out on the weekend, let’s wear sneakers.

A basic and charming combination.

- High-waisted mini or tennis skirts: Cute high-waisted mini skirts or tennis skirts also complement a tucked-in vintage tee. A cropped band tee half-tucked into a tennis skirt makes for a sporty, preppy outfit. Or tuck an oversized graphic tee into a denim mini for weekend wear.

- Maxi skirts for boho vibe: Maxi skirts allow vintage tees to channel a boho-chic vibe. Tie the tee at the waist of a paisley or floral maxi skirt for an effortlessly stylish look. Moreover, you can pair with flat sandals or booties to achieve a more relaxed, boho-chic look. This combo works for casual summer activities like festivals or beach days.
  • Layer under Dresses
- Slip dress or mini shift dress over tee: Slip dresses take on a casual vibe layered over a vintage graphic tee. A plain black slip dress styled with a faded band tee makes it daytime appropriate. For a pop of color, try a white slip dress over a purple or turquoise tee.

- Silky cami dress layered over a vintage graphic tee: Silky cami dresses work well layered over cropped graphic tees. Let a lace-trim cami dress peak out from under a kitschy tourist souvenir tee for unexpected styling. Or keep it sleek with a satin cami dress and cropped concert tee.

- Babydoll dress worn over a faded retro tee: Babydoll dresses get a playful boost layered over oversized vintage tees. Feminine details like a ruffle hem or flutter sleeves are offset by the edgy graphic tee underneath. A retro cartoon tee under a floral sundress adds personality.

With these fun ways to style this kind of tee, you can easily elevate your everyday fashion game. For quality vintage-inspired graphic tees to fuel your retro wardrobe, look no further than LionKingShirt POD t-shirt designs. Have you captured any images? If not the folder may not be there. Not sure what it is called on the XT, probably an abbreviation of Screenshot.

They are not stored in the Zumo XT's hidden .System folder - they are readily available once your XT is connected by USB cable as already stated.

ISTR ??
I read it as Is it true that .... , but couldn't think what you actually meant.
Have owned Zumo 550, 660 == Now have Zumo XT2, XT, 595, 590, Headache
Use Basecamp (mainly), MyRouteApp (sometimes), Competent with Tread for XT2, Can use Explore for XT - but it offers nothing that I want !
