I used a browser called Slimjet for awhile. I contains a fucntion that allows you to select clipboard content in addition to browsing for a file. This made it extremely to take a screen snip and then add it to a post. I changed to the Brave browser and missed that clipboard paste function so went looking for an extension that would do the same thing. I found Copy-n-Paste: Image Upload Simplified. It works differently from the feature in Slimjet in that it gives preference to clipboard content, requiring an extra click when you need to upload a file. Slimjet was the opposite. This is what it looks like if I intended to add the image of a snip of the Smilies. Clicking on the upper pane pastes the clipboard content (in this case the snip of the Smilies), clicking on "+ Upload File" opens the file browser.
