Update.
I received an email yesterday from product support thanking me for the very informative videos, but wanting me to send fresh tread app logs.
I have removed and reinstalled Tread at least 4 times since I created that video - trying to sort out a way forward without using Tread at all. I assume that the logs are deleted as well as the app.
I wonder what they are hoping to find that wasn't in the original logs that I sent. ?
So I guess I have to get Tread working again and repeat the test. At least I wont have to video it, and I have the video to remind me what I did. Perhaps that was the problem - I must have had a few attempts at recording the video, the logs will be confused.

Have owned Zumo 550, 660 == Now have Zumo XT2, XT, 595, 590, Headache
Use Basecamp (mainly), MyRouteApp (sometimes), Competent with Tread for XT2, Can use Explore for XT - but it offers nothing that I want !

Same in my case. After Tread App log, they asked me to make a log recording with the XT2 (just bluetooth), through a hidden programmer menu, triggering a recording and replicating the bug. I have been waiting for a response from Garmin engineering for almost 10 days.jfheath wrote: ↑Fri Nov 22, 2024 7:52 am Update.
