Since it is February, I thought this was a good time to update the GPS and maps, etc. before I start mapping some routes for this year's riding season.
After I connected it to the Express and updated everything, I got the latest map for the GPS and basecamp.
Once I disconnected from the cable, it rebooted and got stuck at the AGREE screen. I powered off and on and it got stuck at the copyright screen.
Been there ever since.
I have tried all of the steps that I could find online to hard reset the device.
Press and hold the power for 12 seconds as listed in the manual.
Press and hold for 30 seconds.
Connect to the bike's cradle.
Let battery die and then restart.
Press power while holding lower right corner.
Press power then hold lower right corner after initial splash but before copyright splash.
Connect to computer with USB cable.
Connect to wall power, not computer.
I did see something somewhere about using the usb to car plug and not the wall plug that might make a difference but I'm not sure where that is or why it would be different than the bike cradle.
Any ideas to save this from becoming a paperweight would be appreciated.

Re: Zumo 395 Stuck at Copyright screen
for power, i use a wall plug charger that's rated 5 volts 2.1 amps output with usb-a at the wall charger to miniUSB to the Zumo 396, charge up the battery again because low battery leven on the 396 can be the problem
