I have successfully done this many times. Now, all of a sudden I am not getting the option to send the file to my Garmin Drive app when I open the email and click on the attachment. The only options I am getting is to send the route to my Google Drive or to download the route. I don't have the option to send it to my Garmin Drive app.
Does anyone have any idea how I change this so I have the option of sending my route from my email to the Garmin Drive app?

You could try saving the file to your device, then trying to open it. That might give you the option you need.
