595 and phones

hI Just fitted a 595LM to my BMW R1150RT M/C connected via an Autocom 4066 to an Autocom Active rider Intercom system.
The intercom system also connects to the on board BMW fitted radio. Hence I wanted to retain this so went for the hard wired options. All working great including the 595 media player but only a couple of niggles;-

1) How do I tun off the visual rider alerts ? --- annoying to see school / bend / animals etc keep flashing on the screen.

2) I there a method of increasing the volume on the microphone as when I make a call - the person can hear me but states its a bit quiet .

Download manual from link in this thread -> viewtopic.php?f=12&t=33. Go to 'Customizing The Device'. Rider Alerts is there.

On your device, touch Settings. Go from there.

Having an issue with
My phone ..... when I answer a call the other party’s only hear my first word the mic seems to shot down ( vox)

My 595 works perfectly for Directions, MP3 and phone UNTIL i connect intercom to another biker. My phone is then disconnected from the Zumo. Tried connecting then in every possible combination but I still cannot get my phone to work when the intercom is operative.
