I have created this new for any discussion on the zumo xt
I hope I haven't jumped the gun before release but as its on the Garmin's website I would hazard a guess that it will be released

Re: Zumo XT section
Looks interesting. No reference to maps, LTM etc. I thought it seemed inexpensive for Garmin. Perhaps it comes without any maps???

On this page:
https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/p/67980 ... 6-00#specs
It says that it includes map updates.
I am searching for more information that is detailed beyond the hooey video and advertising hyperbole.
My 660 is still perfectly functional as a navigation tool, but the new maps have made it painfully slow.

Interesting to me is the pictures here: https://buy.garmin.com/en-GB/GB/p/679804#overview and where it mentions rugged build, it seems to show a speaker on the back.

Re: Zumo XT section
Certainly looks like a speaker. I was concerned at the phrase 'weather resistant' rather than waterproof, but it's IPX7 rated which is same spec as previous (at least my 396)Oop North John wrote: ↑Thu Mar 05, 2020 6:43 am where it mentions rugged build, it seems to show a speaker on the back.
I also see it has ANT+, I'm wondering if they'll still pick up the tyre pressure sensors.
Also nothing about compatibility with BC?
Re: Zumo XT section
Yes it's compatible with BC. In addition though it's also compatible with Garmin Explore which allows transfer of routes, waypoints, tracks etc from the cloud via phones, tablets and such.

Re: Zumo XT section
I watched everything that is available right now about the XT, including several Dutch reviews (with auto translate) but nowhere do they say nor show anything about TPMS. I think it's safe to assume that the feature is gone.
Re: Zumo XT section
It does not have the TPMS function. Nor does it have a wired audio out or the Virb action cam remote controls.
