It's also possible with iCloud Drive using multiple Macs. Depending on how the Macs are set up, it's possible it's already been done automatically. It's also possible to access multiple libraries across numerous Macs.

I’ve got a question about this.
I’ve created a bunch of different databases.
Example:
One for Europe
One for DirtRides
Another for FJR Rides Local
So on and so forth.

In each data base I have my filing system set up with folders and lists.

I don’t want to lose the hierarchy of my folders and lists.
Will the process (as shown in the linked document above) work for keeping all of this in tact if I accidentally lose BaseCamp?

Not sure which part you're referring to but each data base contains two important files, AllData.gdb and FolderData.gfi

Provided those are copied you'll be ok as they contain the data and folder structure

I use the same Basecamp database on my desktop, my personal laptop and a work laptop without any issues by backing up the database to iCloud and restoring the database to the computer I am using. These are all Macs and as I recall when I tried to use my PC, it did not work. You need to be disciplined and consistent to make it work as intended. Whenever I do work in Basecamp on a computer I back up the database to a location on iCloud - BASECAMP/backup. Anytime I open Basecamp I restore this backup to the computer I am working on so I am using he latest changes and database. You need to be consistent about backing up when done on any computer and restoring before using so that you are always using and updating the database backup. You also need to update the map files on each computer at the same time so you are using the same Map version on all computers so everything works the same with routing, etc. Its been working fine for me for several years.
