Mapsource wont find device

Hi Guts
Im trying to add some route to a friends 590 but when i click on transfer Mapsource wont find the device,It find my unit ok though
Anyone any Ideas please.

MapSource will only work with devices that are in mass storage mode, most recent devices default to mtp mode, some can be put into mass storage mode, I believe the 590 can be looking at this, which also explains how to do it
