Hi everyone, I have this problem.
Due to an incorrect operation of the smartphone link app (position data transfer) , I decide, after hearing the online assistance to reset the product as they suggested. I backed up and copied the contents of the memory to the PC. After the reset, not all data has been deleted. But the service history yes. Does anyone know if they are written in any files? Thanks
