Hi Everyone - Newbie alert but I've been using Garmins since Streetpilot III days... Now using a Zumo 550 I bought about 10 years ago.

I used to be able to download my lifetime map updates and install them manually on the SD card without too many issues.
It seems that the external link to the update site no longer works from mapupdater and mapinstaller does not see my Zumo 550 in the USB.

I've read the "how to" section but unable to see any help.

Could someone please advise how to select and download my lifetime updates and what programme / app / utiility I must now use to update the Zumo 550. If I can get it to my Windows 10 desktop then I'm ok to copy gmappsupp files to the SD card.

All sorted. I remembered the old fashioned way with Garmin express and Mapsource.
