Cradle - device connectror pinout ?

Hi,

So I need to pick the +12V/Gnd pins on the cradle connector (I want to build a smartphone holder -with Qi charger- out of a spare cradle cove)

I found somewhere on the net the attached diagram showing 15-16 as gnd and 17-18 as pwr pins.

But on my cradle, I don't find any voltage between those (supposing 18 is up and 1 bottom), and to be clear, when I insert the GPS (595LM), it does light up and charge, so there is power somewhere ...

What do I miss ? Can someone help me ?

Did you manage to figure this out? My cradle isn’t charging the Zumo 595 anymore and before i open up all the fairings etc to get to the bullet connector on my bike, thought I’d check the voltage on the cradle and see if the tightness / connections were an issue or was it in the power supply at the bullet connector..
