I have had my Zumo XT for about a year now. This problem has appeared 3 or 4 times. While navigating a route that I created in Basecamp the unit will get stuck repeating part of a prompt. Today the prompt was "Turn left on County Road 2". It gave the prompt correctly one time and then it went into a "loop" and kept repeating "County Road, County Road 2, County Road, County Road 2, County Road, County Road 2". The only way to make it stop was to turn the unit off. Then I would turn it back on and start navigating the route again. The unit has all the updates.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so what did you do to fix the problem? Is the unit defective?
