mp3 question
my turn for a question how do I not have my mp3 start in the same place all the time i have it on mix but it always starts at the same song out of about 2000 songs I have on my memory card

You could make a very short mp3 file that is silence. Then the random play may work right. You'll have to name the song of silence _Silence or whatever it takes to be first on the song play list.
I've got an mp3 of a Harley reving up. That might just confuse me though and I'd lift my feet, thinking I'm moving.

When I call up the Media player on my Z665 and select random play the first mp3 is always the same, but every time I select random, I get different 2nd and 3rd song titles listed as next songs to play. When I exit Media Player and reenter it, I get different random mp3s after the same first one. When I power off/on and go to Media player, again, different random order.
