Re: Music won’t play
Try turning off Bluetooth and then turning it back on.

Re: Music won’t play
A few stupid suggestions - all of which have worked for me at avrious times.
Does the music progress bar move on the media player ?
Un-mute the sound.
Turn the volumes up in the Mixer
Make sure it has not connected to a bluetooth device if you are using the internal speakers. (edit - Oh just spotted this is the 590/595 forum - no internal speakers - in which case are you using wired output or BT; have you tried with the car mount speaker) ?
Check the music input device is the correct one on the media player screen.
Make sure that it has connected to the Bluetooth devide if using a BT headset.
Make sure it hasn't latched on to a different BT device
Make sure your BT device hasn't connected to a different source.
And - as already stated - disconnect BT and reconnect.
Make sure the volume is up on the headset.
Oh and dont use Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon or Wish You Were here for testing your sound output. The volume takes about 2 minutes to reach a level that you can hear ! I've lost count of the times that those two have caught me out.
There are so many things in the house that are sometimes BT'd to each other, but not always to the same ones, that when going for a ride, I usually stop up the road and make sure that Headset phone and XT are all connected properly - without interference from devices in the house.

Have owned Zumo 550, 660 == Now have Zumo XT2, XT, 595, 590, Headache
Use Basecamp (mainly), MyRouteApp (sometimes), Competent with Tread for XT2, Can use Explore for XT - but it offers nothing that I want !
