zumo xt freeze when using function in maps

Hello,

After software update I have problem with freezing zumo xt. I have software version 6.4
When I lunch Show map, the map normally show. But when I click on three dots in down right corner, the device freeze and restart automatically.
Do any have such a problem? What I can do? Thanks for your replays and suggestion!

I am having the same issue.

I have checked the forum and I saw that was already discussion regarding this problem with new update 6.4. I did restart my garmin zumo xt to previous 6.3 software and reinstall updated with garmin express program. Now it works.

Most people with this issue, find that a factory reset fixes this problem.

Yeah, just had to do a factory reset on mine to fix this.
