Problem with downloading maps

I just downloaded the Garmin Europe map to the 265 G chip in my Zumo. Everything seemed to work and I received a message saying “Download complete.” When I restarted my Zumo I first got a message, “Maps corrupted, can not be used,” and when I looked for the maps under “My Maps” only the North American maps were there.

Any Ideas how I can solve this problem?

Download the map again, that should resolve it, however how is your sd card formatted?

@sussamb @Artbone Formatting is very likely the cause. 256 Gb come (often) preformatted as exfat. Windows will also format as exfat. This format is unsuppprted by the XT.
I formatted as fat32 with Rufus and that worked.
