Delete files to Import

Post by Grabcon »

Okay I am trying to figure out how to delete some routes in the import list from Trip Planner. My SD card is empty.

steps taken
Open Trip Planner
Goto the Menu and Import displays
Select Import
at this point I get a list of routes to import.

How do I delete the list of routes?

I am sure that this has been discussed before but I cannot find it. Thanks

How did those routes get there? If sent there by BaseCamp you need to delete the file it sent to the GPX folder on your device, normally that would be called temp.gpx

If they aren't on the SD card then they are in the \GPX directory in Internal Storage on the XT. You can use a files explorer to access this directory and delete the .gpx files there. You may only have temp.gpx, as @sussamb mentioned, but you may have current.gpx and other .gpx files if any were written directly to the \GPX directory.

@sussamb They have been there for a while so I am really not sure how the ended up there, Most likely from Basecamp when I first got the XT. I use a Mac Book Pro so things aren't always straight forward. But I did get them deleted using AFT.

Thanks guys.
