Reinstall version 3.10 on zumo 665

I have always kept up to date with all upgrades and maps on my zumo 665 currently version 3.10 and 2024.10 map installed. Lately I have been getting some lockups where the screen just goes dark. I have to remove the battery and reinstall to reset the unit and then it is fine again. Even returning to the previous route. I'd like to reinstall all of the software but Garmin Express only says that it is current version of 3.10 and can't reinstall. How can I reinstall the version to possibly overcome a glitch?
