590/595 new seals required
I've accidentally spilt WD40 on the screen of my Zumo 595. I didn’t think much about it at the time so just gave it a quick wipe. Unbeknown to me WD40 will cause silicon/rubber seals to swell and expand! The result is the seal around the screen has expanded so much its popped out of the track that holds it to place. Obviously its waterproof integrity is no more. I've stripped the unit down now. There are two seals, one between where the two halves join together and a second one around the screen. The one around the screen has expanded so much it's never going to fit again. I've tried a couple of "YouTube " tips to get it to return to normal size but no luck. My question is- can you get replacement seal kits? I've searched and found nothing. I don't need a repair service as I'm happy to do it myself if I can get the right spares. TIA

I'd prefer something this side of the water given the choices to save on postage / import tax etc but thanks for the heads up.
Hopefully something in Europe/ UK will get suggested.

I've had other gaskets expand from exposure to fuel and solvents so that they no longer fit. Sometimes they will shrink back to normal after a thorough cleaning with detergent and some time in the sun. Worth a try...

Yes I've tried all of that with no luck. The seals are actually quite long as they wriggle their way all over the place so even just a small percentage increase means they are never going to go back in. The only answer is new (or used) ones.

Might be worth asking these people - they say they replace the seal when they replace the touch screen:
