My device “cannot unlock maps”

Hi
During updating maps my Zumo XT showed this message:
“Cannot unlock maps”
I know that the city navigator map is in the device but it does not show it in the “installed maps” in settings.
How can overcome this?

Reconnect to the PC, run GarminExpress and choose to reinstall the maps.

Manually delete all installed maps including unlock files. The easiest way to find them is by installation date.
Then do a reinstall.

I run my PC logged in as a standard user. I have that most Garmin installation must be done with Admin privileges. Unfortunately, using "Run as administrator" has often failed. I must elevate my user privileges to administrator, do what I need to do with Garmin products, then reduce privileges back to standard. I say this only to have you think about privileges when working with Garmin software.
