Big mystery with base camp

After a few days of break a got back to working on my routes. Opened Base Camp and the program is acting weird.
The dialog boxes of waypoints and routes do not open. No matter what I do. Right click and “open” does not work. Double click does not work either.
Can someone explain?

Can't explain but first suggestion is you uninstall then reinstall BaseCamp, see what happens then.
