City Navigator Europe NT 2019.10 (Nope)

Hi Guys
Can anyone help
I tried to update my 550 unit today and Garmin Express says I'm up to date with City Navigator Europe NTU 2018.2
However my 590 unit has just downloaded 2019.10.
I know I purchased(LTU) lifetime updates a while ago for the 550 and the 590 came with LTU. Is the anywhere that tells me I have LTU for the 550

Only the NTU version has been released so far, your 550 will have to wait until the next NT map is released.
