Ordering parts?
When I went to install the Motopump lock, I discovered I was missing some of the mounting hardware. I searched online and got connected to "JustAnswer", with someone or something responding immediately and telling me I just need to join for $1, which was "fully refundable". At that point, opportunity to continue chatting ceased, and when I tried to send the dollar, Paypal was going to dock me for $56 with an agreement to continue my subscription at $55/month. Is there a direct number to Garmin that I can use?

Re: Ordering parts?
Well, I found a link on their website to call or chat for help. I put in for a call.

What parts do you need?
For nuts, bolts or other common items I'd just see my local hardware store.
Garmin chat, email, and phone links are at the bottom of this page:

Re: Ordering parts?
I needed the rubber grommets. I got ahold of a Garmin associate and was able to order a hardware replacement kit for under six dollars, cheap enough.
