I agree that BT sharing is the easiest (apart from when it doesn't work properly - but that's another story) and should be implemented in the XT2.

Let us know how you get on with a call to Garmin Sweden support. I will do the same with Garmin UK.

Thanks "adm". It could be very interesting to see what happens if a "movement" could be established. Imagine that al of us that think this is an issue -give the Supports a call and ask where the BT- transfer option went. What will happen? Or are Garmin totally in its one world!

Today I spoke to Jesper at the Swedish support. He "understood" the issue and went away speaking with some college. Back in a minute and told me that "this is the way the developer at Garmin decide it to be".
We had a conversation about the fact that far from everyone have XT2 and cant use the Tread app. He understood the problem an promised to take the issue to the developer at Garmin. I told him that there will be loots of new oners in the future - like me - that will be very disappointed when the lack of BT-transfer option stand clear. At least the option to choose Tread or BT should be available.

So now - al of you thinking that this is an issue - phone your support and complain. And we will see what happens. Perhaps I should give them another cal her in Sweden - Hoping that it´s not Jesper answering me this time. "One fly don´t mean it´s summer but many do"

Kari: I am sorry, the methods to share (with 595 and XT) would be either the Tread app or an SD card as described here: (link to manual)

I did too. I'm not a XT2 owner but I consider that feature to be too valuable to have been dropped.

Now w´r talking. Thanks "Peobody". Maybe this tread should be mowed to a unique tread on this forum to pay better attention. I think it´s worth it. The BT-sharing option is so useful.
