Basecamp Newby (Ish)

Ok. So I've started to use Basecamp to plan some route as I'm in the market for a XT and I'm told it doesn't support Mapsource (Shame I like Mapsource)
My question is How do I remove the route I from the Basecamp map without deleting it from the Route folder.

BaseCamp is a database. What is shown is a link to the data, so you can have the same item in more than one folder or list should you wish to. To 'remove' a route from the map select a folder or list that doesn't contain the link to it.
